  • Managed the data capture of all global campaign productions, to Smartsheet and Excel

  • Updated at least 40+ data entries weekly - usage rights, dimensions, filenames and internal IDs

  • Uploaded all the campaign materials such as videos, pdfs, images, static images, etc. onto the Client Digital Asset portal for clients and markets to view

  • Assisted the BBDO teams with tasks or issues that could impede a successful delivery of a project, such as, wrong internal IDs, video errors and incorrect filenames

  • Managed the progress of a new website to launch an American-made clothing brand for men

  • Took notes on the weekly/bi-weekly internal and external meetings to share with the team members

  • Developed an advertising and marketing campaign for a local nonprofit as part of the Senior Capstone Project

  • Planned and executed a multimedia campaign that included outdoor advertising and social media elements for Facebook and Instagram

  • As my agency’s research director, I specifically worked on the discovery report, with market, audience, and brand research

  • Contributed to the messaging and media strategy, as well as creating digital, physical and out of home creative assets

  • Constantly updated 3 spreadsheets on Box to help manage the items the library has and to help the patrons 

  • Created weekly signages/marketing material to promote ongoing programs, collections, or specific items available 

  • Provided 6 weekly suggestions on what to add to our library collection, specifically focusing on new ethnic novels 

  • Supervised creative outreach events to promote the library to more students, via engaging crafting material

  • Served on a variety of committees of 12-24 members to host fun events for new members to meet active members

  • Collaborated with the subcommittee to program small and large scale competition events that focus on teamwork
