Global Deployment Manager
Overall, I was tasked with managing day-to-day tasks, deadlines and coordinating schedules. I focused primarily on keeping track of projects and managing the data capture of all global campaign production. I made sure all information was properly inputted and uploaded to their respective Asset Management platforms.

Coordinated with two teams to keep assets up to spec for the launch of global and national campaigns - including proper dimensions for TV/Social videos, ID numbers and the markets for launch

Tracked campaign projects to ensure timely and quality delivery

Scrubbed, formatted and presented data for different analysis outputs on Smartsheet

Communicated with different global offices to solve any problems or questions regarding data entries

Resolved logistic issues for delivery launch with the clients - resolution issues, editing the copy, transparent logos and follow-ups with markets

Learned the process of a global campaign launch from start to finish, for a global gum brand on TV and social media

What I did:

Managed the data collection for all incoming assets

Updated at least 40+ data entries weekly - usage rights, dimensions, filenames and internal IDs

Uploaded all production assets onto the asset management portal for the client to view

Created and organized an internal method using Google Drive & Excel, for all future assets to be available
